Report a problem or ask for a feature
The fastest route is the issue tracker. Say what you did, what you expected and what happened, and include the version shown in Settings > About. On an error screen, the Copy details button gives you the technical details to paste in.

Problems with your account
Dirac is only the app. Your account, your password and your rooms live on your Matrix homeserver, which is run by someone else. We cannot reset a password, recover an account or remove content. For those, contact the people who run your homeserver.
Lost encryption keys
Encrypted messages can only be read with your keys. If you lose every signed-in device and your recovery key, nobody can restore your encrypted history, including us. Save your recovery key somewhere safe when Dirac offers it.
